and Espresso! If you are in the mood for fresh, homestyle cooking, come to Fusion Café located in Electric City, WA on Highway 155. We are across the street from Coulee Playland and just a few minutes' drive from Sunbanks Resort, Steamboat Rock State Park, Spring Canyon Park, and the magnificent Grand Coulee Dam. Our delectable espresso counter and drive-thru opens at 7am to satisfy even the most finicky of coffee drinkers. Though we close at 8pm the rest of the week, we stay open Fridays until 9pm serving our famous, mouth-watering smoked dishes, including barbecued pork ribs and brisket. Speaking of barbecue, we slowly smoke our meat for hours in our custom Southern Yankee BBQ rotisserie smoker. This gives the meat a bright red appearance and may have you momentarily wondering whether the meat is fully cooked. This is especially true of our pork and chicken. Trust us, the meat is indeed fully cooked and exhibits that unique smoked flavor that only comes the old-fashioned, slow-cooking way. We use 100% USDA choice or higher, corn-fed Midwestern beef which comes straight from the local butcher at Ed's Meat Market.
